After our fine start to TWYFL football, we play our first home game of the season on the top pitch; meet at 11.20 sharp, and bring the skill, hunger and enthusiasm from Saturday’s second half, for which well done. Blue / white kit…please let me know availability (if you haven’t [...] Change of venue for training this week; we play a friendly on TOP PITCH at LITTLETON, 9-10.30. Bring blue/white stripes (or failing that, blue shirt), blue shorts, socks. [...] Training this Saturday will be back at Littleton, where Paul will take the session on the far side of the adult pitch. There will be Rolls and Tea/Coffee afterwards, with proceeds to LJFC Club coffers, so please come along to watch the boys, have a chat and support the club. Feedback on season to date and [...] Santa (in the unlikely form of the Tyro fixtures computer) has given us an early Christmas present…no game this Sunday (hooray), so the League year ends on the high that was the magnificent performance v Totton. To help us laugh in the face of Jack Frost (boo, hiss) at Saturday’s training, please bring along some mince pies/seasonal [...] We’ve another friendly lined up against the newly formed Winchester U11s (managed by Tom’s dad) at Littleton on Saturday 11 July from 09.00 till 10.30. There’ll be three 15/20 min sessions, to allow us to play as many games as possible, and for Winchester to practise playing 11-a-side.
