In our first confirmed fixture of the new season, we travel to Whiteley Wanderers for our debut appearance in the U15 Hampshire Cup, Sat Sept 10th. Full details to follow, but please mark in your diary.

Before then, on July 23rd (9-10.30), we say adieu to this season (a cracking vintage) with an inter-Leopards friendly, Awards and nibbles afterwards.

Ahead of this, please send me have your nomination for Players’ Player of the Season by Friday 22nd July.

Sun 16 Jan Cup Qtr-final v Hythe (a)

We kick off at 12 noon away to Hythe for a place in the last 4 of the TT Cup. Venue is Waterside Sports & Social Club, Long Lane, Holbury SO45 2PA. It’s a good 45 mins from Winchester.

Let’s meet at 11.30 sharp on the pitch. Please confirm availability and if you need a lift.

If training at the Cage is rained off, we have the option of an indoor session at RiverPark on Saturday afternoon.

Sunday, 6 Dec. HOME tie; Leopards v S&D (TT Cup)

Let’s hope for a break in the rain this weekend, as we try (yet again) to play our cup tie v S&D. This weekend (thanks to some bizarre Cup weather rules), we’re at HOME, so it’s our turn to fret over conditions and agonise over the playability of the pitch. 1.30pm meet for a 2pm KO. Let’s stick with RED kit.

The new away kit

A number of you have mentioned it’s been difficult to find the cup fixtures on the web site. I’ve just updated the link on the results and fixtures page to point to a more helpful section of the Tyro web site, which should help.

Our next outing is a midday kick-off away to Weston Sports Youth on Sunday 18th October. This is a league game.

Well done to the boys and the gaffer for a 3-1 win away today against Tadburn Youth in the cup – our first win in our splendid, new all-red away kit.
