Back to Tyro League action this Sunday, after last week’s exhilarating Cup win, which was a joy to watch. More of the same superlative football, zest and wholeheartedness, please… We play league leaders Warsash at New Road, Warsash SO31 9GF. 1.30 sharp meet, for a 2pm KO. Blue/white kit Lifts available. Thanks, [...] Assuming there are no snowstorms, flash floods or plagues of locusts, we’re training at The Cage this Saturday, 9-10.30. It was good to see everyone this afternoon, and pleasing that you all looked so sharp. If we have no more disruptions from the weather, we play 4 games this month, after which it would be great to be still pushing for promotion and still in the Cup. Jan 9. Colden [...] Given current/forecast weather, proximity to Christmas, profusion of tired, slightly sickly kids and long list of other things we could be doing without getting cold or wet, training is OFF this Saturday.
